Hello, and welcome to our blog! We, Gisele and Kristin, are Texas wedding and portrait photographers based in Houston. After our initial meeting all the way back in kindergarten, we have been inseparable since. We discovered photography together in high school yearbook, and we continued to pursue it throughout college and after, eventually realizing that our onetime hobby had blossomed into a career. We consider it a privilege to capture the moments, events, loved ones, and memories in people’s lives, as we know that the photographs we give you will tell invaluable stories to your family for years to come. I just love the Duron family – they’ve been dear friends for a number of years now. I especially love watching their adorable family grow, and documenting their personalities from year to year is a delight. Mateo and Tiago are a hoot – they never fail to provide me with a variety of great material, and they are clearly full of love and laughter. Oh, to be a child! Thank you, Duron family! Of all my beautiful childhood memories, those of summertime are perhaps the loveliest. Here are some photos from a summer birthday party containing all the necessary ingredients: bubbles, pastel tissue wrap, caterpillars, wet grass, and a loving family.

I’d been looking forward to this shoot ever since we photographed Tiago’s older brother Mateo, a little before Tiago came along. This adorable four-month-old, his brother, and his parents hung out with us one lovely Saturday morning at Discovery Green Park, and here’s a sampling of the fabulous shots from that day. I can’t say enough about how cute Tiago is – just look at him! Mateo was just as much fun as he was at our last shoot, and it was exciting to photograph the whole family together. They’re wonderful people, fun to work with, and kept me laughing. Take a look!
